Implementation Coaching is designed to help staff feel confident and supported in building out their event, and Executive Directors can feel assured that the event building blocks are in place.
Priority Fundraising Training will help a staff member build out a personalized timeline for the event and then coach the staff throughout the implementation, with coaching sessions every two weeks for 4 months. Staff and the Executive Director will receive reports following coaching conversations outlining next key objectives, progress on goals, and recommended adjustments as necessary.
It is recommended that Implementation Coaching is paired with event training, as available.
