Introduction to Individual Giving

Implementation Coaching is designed to help staff feel confident and supported in building out their event, and Executive Directors can feel assured that the event building blocks are in place. 

Priority Fundraising Training will help a staff member build out a personalized timeline for the event and then coach the staff throughout the implementation, with coaching sessions every two weeks for 4 months. Staff and the Executive Director will receive reports following coaching conversations outlining next key objectives,  progress on goals, and recommended adjustments as necessary. 

It is recommended that Implementation Coaching is paired with event training, as available.

Every effort will be made to reschedule participants to a future class/workshop of equal value. Participants can transfer their attendance to another person within the same organization. 

Cancellations made within 72 hours of class/workshop will forfeit the class fees. Reschedules made within 48 hours of class/workshop will be subject to a $50 rebooking fee.
